proven in the Sahara for the third year running
Every year
athletes from all over the world tackle the Marathon des Sables, the ultimate endurance
test - running some 220 kilometers in a six day event over some of the most arduous
terrain on the planet while being exposed to the scorching Saharan sun. Many of the UK
runners used P20 Once-a-Day Sunfilter during the event - here are just some of
their comments:
"The protection couldnt
be faulted"
"In my opinion the best on the market"
"I was fully protected and did not get sun
burnt - I will use it in the summer"
"One small bottle lasted for seven
days!"
"Very good - no burning at all - and easy to
use"
"I can and will honestly and without reservation
be happy to recommend P20 to anyone who is worried about sunburn"
If just one application of P20 a day can
provide all this protection even in the scorching conditions of the Sahara - just think
how convenient and economical it can be for holidays, days out and outdoor activities!

P20 supported the London to Paris
record smashing adventure
In May 1999 a squad of top British rowers undertook an extraordinary
recording-breaking challenge. The squad rowed from central London, down the River Thames
to the estuary, across and along the English Channel and then up the River Seine to
central Paris. P20 was with them to protect their skin from burning. How did they get on?

P20 at Cowes Week 1999
Competitors at Cowes Week were given the opportunity to try P20 for
themselves this year. Sailors were offered enough P20 to protect them from the sun for a
day. Click on P20 ON THE WATER to find out more about Cowes

Rosie
Swale and P20 in Iceland 21st June 22nd August 1999
Rosie Swale marathon runner and round-the-world yatchswoman
is not one to let the dust settle. On 21st June 1999 she set off from Raufarhöfn
near the Arctic circle to run across Iceland. Said Rosie before she set off, "It is
an adventure that has kept hold of my mind and won't let go! A dream that I was determined
to turn into a reality." Rosie used P20 to protect her skin from the suns
burning rays as she tackled this amazing adventure.
Rosie says about P20, "I would like to thank Keyline brands for
their fantastic P20 once-a-day sunfilter, which I used in temperatures of 130ºF in the
Sahara Marathon; I was able to run all day in the scorching sun and not get burned. I
would not go anywhere without it." |
